5 simple steps to get things moving.
If you feel stuck and life is not moving in the direction you want, here are 5 simple steps to help you get things moving, taken from private sessions with clients:
- Acknowledge where you are. Recognize that where you are, is exactly where you should be. Be in gratitude.
- Then, starting asking the universe to bring in the next thing to move you forward. (note: not the thing you want, but the next thing on the path that will ultimately bring you what you need)
- Surrender knowing what the next step is and trust it is coming.
- Ask in this way, “I accept where I am now, and am ready to take the next step. Please show me/bring me the next step and I shall follow.”
- Things will begin to shift and move forward- follow the signs!
