5 simple steps to get things moving.

If you feel stuck and life is not moving in the direction you want, here are 5 simple steps to help you get things moving, taken from private sessions with clients:

  1. Acknowledge where you are. Recognize that where you are, is exactly where you should be. Be in gratitude.
  2. Then, starting asking the universe to bring in the next thing to move you forward. (note: not the thing you want, but the next thing on the path that will ultimately bring you what you need)
  3. Surrender knowing what the next step is and trust it is coming.
  4. Ask in this way, “I accept where I am now, and am ready to take the next step. Please show me/bring me the next step and I shall follow.”
  5. Things will begin to shift and move forward- follow the signs!
